Kindergarten students collect Pennies for Peace
Kindergarten students were read the book "Pennies for Peace" in class. They collected pennies to help the children with school supplies in Afghanistan. They collected enough pennies to purchase 13,157 pencils! Thank you for your generosity and helping others! |

Castle Rock has been selected as a 2010 Distinguished School!
Castle Rock was named as a California Distinguished School for the 2010 year. The award is based on test scores and rigorous academic programs. Our IB PYP program is a signature program that ensures our students are not only taught California state standards, but are well balanced as global citizens.
